With growing concerns over water consumption and constant drought, we have gathered many hardy drought tolerant plants in one place.  We chose our plants carefully in order to avoid bringing in invasive plants which could overrun and kill California native plants.  Our goal is to provide plants that are used to the desert like climate here in southern California and yet stand the occasional freezing periods. By using such plants you can  provide the native wildlife with food and refuge and conserve water and money without sacrificing your garden. 

At this time we are currently experimenting with some of the plants we have brought in as there was little information available for some of the plants.  We are also finding that the plants we bring in go through an adjustment period where they may defoliate and then put out new leaves suited to our environment.  This is due to the lower humidity and hotter day time temperatures then from which they came.

Do you have old usable plant pots laying around and you'd like to get rid of them?  Bring them here!  All sizes welcome.  No purchase necessary to make a drop-off.

As with any new business we are still working out the kinks. 

If you are looking for a native plant but can not find it, let us know.  If one of our suppliers carry it then we'll help you get it.
